Subscription Orders
Our Subscription Order service is a reoccurring order process that will ship your order on a periodic basis. It makes getting your orders easy and hassle-free. Start, pause, and cancel your order whenever you need.
How do I get started?
- Log in to your registered account
- Find your product page and select "Subscribe & Save" option
- Choose your frequency, number of units, and click "Add to Subscription"
- Create a New Subscription, add a name and description
- Select "View my list of subscriptions" to start the subscription process or "Continue Shopping" to add more products to your list
- if you are now viewing "My Subscriptions", click "View Details". To start your subscription click the "Activate" button.
- From the cart view click the "Checkout to Activate Subscription" button.
- Checkout as normal, your subscription will use the payment method used for future payments.
- Once your order is completed, you will receive emails with your subscription's status.
Where can I find my subscriptions?
When logged in, click your name in the top right corner, and click "My Subscriptions".
Edit, Activate, Cancel, and Pause subscriptions:
In "My Subscriptions" click "View Details" to make any changes.
To Pause or Cancel a subscription list, Click the "Edit Details" arrow and select Pause or Cancel.
Cancelled Subscriptions cannont be re-activated.
Paused Shipments can be re-activated.
Paused or inactive Subscriptions can be re-activated at sany times.
Subscriptions can have new products added at any time by going to the product page and adding it to your subscription list.
Products can be removed or quantites can be changed at any time, future orders will have your changes.
Order Processing and Shipping:
Orders process on the reoccurring day you have chosen to place your order. From reoccuring date, orders will be processed and shipped out based on your chosen shipping type.
Payment Methods and Order Failuers:
Orders can be placed using Credit Card, Purchase Order (PO), or direct to Bank Routing (ACH).
Order failuers may occur if your payment method cannont be authourized or is denied. Failed subscriptions will not be processed/shipped. An email will be sent out notfying you.
Upon a failed order, the subscription will be cancelled. A new subscription would need to be started to continue the failed list, going through the order process with a fixed or working payment method.
