Food Speciation - Increasing throughput in speciation applications

As speciation applications are increasingly entering into the regulated environment, improving the throughput of samples which usually require long run-times is desired. In this talk we address some of the factors in speciation analyses which can shorten sample run times, as well as some of the considerations thereof. We will also present methods relating to the fast, accurate analysis of arsenic species in beverages and rice, as well as hexavalent chromium in water.
