Take a look at the exciting initiative that Colorado State University (CSU) is leading: The Periodic Table of Food database. The team at CSU plans to create a database of analyses and results of food compositions across the world. Their created methods and sets of reagents will be available across the globe in order to standardize the methods used for food compositional analysis.
