If you are a PerkinElmer customer in Luxembourg and would like to dispose of an electrical appliance purchased from PerkinElmer, you can arrange a collection of the waste electrical and electronic equipment through our recycling partner, the European Advanced Recycling Network (EARN).
For customers in Luxembourg, PerkinElmer will cover all costs of collection, treatment, recycling and recovery of the equipment on arrival at the EARN recycling facility.
Instruction:
To organize transport of WEEE for which PerkinElmer is responsible in Luxembourg, please contact EARN directly where you can organize the collection of the WEEE for treatment, recycling and recovery.
- When you contact EARN, please include:
- Your name, email and telephone;
- The location of the WEEE to be collected,
- Information on the WEEE to be collected (Model, Serial Number, Quantity, Weight)
- Preferred date and time of collection.
EARN will process the request and then contact you using the details you have provided to arrange next steps for collection. Please note that you will need to provide a representative on site the day of the pickup to direct our recycling partner to the appropriate products for collection
Declaration of Decontamination: The returned product must not be contaminated with substances that may be hazardous to health or harmful to the environment. Customer is requested to provide a Declaration of Decontamination to collection service provider.
Personal responsibility regarding the deletion of personal data: We explicitly point out that you are responsible to delete any personal data on the appliances considered for disposal.
