If you are a PerkinElmer customer in Italy and would like to dispose of an electrical appliance purchased from PerkinElmer, you can arrange a collection of the waste electrical and electronic equipment through PerkinElmer Scientifica Italia Srl which will support you on all steps of the process.
Instruction:
To organize transport of WEEE for which PerkinElmer is responsible in Italy, please contact warehouse.support.aes@perkinelmer.com: instructions will be sent to you to organize the collection of the WEEE for treatment, recycling and recovery.
When you contact PerkinElmer Italy please include
- Your name, email and telephone;
- The location of the WEEE to be collected,
- Information on the WEEE to be collected (Model, Serial Number, Quantity, Weight)
- Preferred date and time of collection.
PerkinElmer Italy will contact you using the details you have provided to arrange next steps for collection.
Please note that you will need to provide a representative on site the day of the pickup to direct our recycling partner to the appropriate products for collection
Declaration of Decontamination: The returned product must not be contaminated with substances that may be hazardous to health or harmful to the environment. Customer is requested to provide a Declaration of Decontamination to collection service provider.
Personal responsibility regarding the deletion of personal data: We explicitly point out that you are responsible to delete any personal data on the appliances considered for disposal.
