PerkinElmer has established a recycling agreement with the European Advanced Recycling Network (EARN) Elektroaltgeräte Service GmbH) so to organize the transport, preparation for re-use, recycling and recovery of WEEE with certified recyclers in each country.

If you would like to dispose of an electrical appliance purchased from PerkinElmer. You have two options:

  1. For small quantities of WEEE or batteries (approximately less than 30kg), you can use our parcel service to arrange and then pay for an appropriate carrier of your choice (such as a courier) to send the waste electrical equipment directly to our recycling partner.  Please follow the link below under Option 1.
  2. For large quantities of WEEE or batteries (more than 30kg), you can arrange a collection of the waste electrical and electronic equipment and batteries from your premises through our recycling partner. Please follow the link below under Option 2.

Instruction: 

For small quantities of WEEE or batteries (approximately less than 30kg), please select Option 1. You will be redirected to a form to complete with your information and a description of the material to be collected.

Once the form is submitted:

  • A return label will be automatically generated. This label includes:
  • The address of our recycling partner in your country, your sender details, and any other information required to send the WEEE or batteries for recycling.
  • Please print and attach the label to your parcel before shipping.
  • You must then arrange the shipment by contacting your preferred courier service and sending the parcel to the recycling partner.
  • You will also receive a confirmation email once your request has been submitted.

For large quantities of WEEE or batteries (more than 30kg), please select Option 2. You will be redirected to a separate form. Follow the instructions and provide all required details, including:

  • You information: your name and the location where the WEEE or batteries are to be collected.
  • Collection details: description of the WEEE or batteries, and your preferred date and time for collection.

Once the form is submitted:

  • Our recycling partner will process your request and contact you to arrange collection directly at your site.
  • Please ensure that a representative is available on site on the day of the pickup to guide our recycling partner to the appropriate products for collection.

Declaration of Decontamination: The returned product must not be contaminated with substances that may be hazardous to health or harmful to the environment. Customer is requested to provide a Declaration of Decontamination to collection service provider.
