Our Executive Leadership Team

Michael Stubblefield

CEO

Michael joined PerkinElmer as CEO in March 2026, a global chief executive with 30+ years in life sciences and specialty materials, he also serves as Senior Advisor to New Mountain Capital. Prior to joining PerkinElmer, he served as President and CEO of Avantor from 2014 to 2025. Previously at McKinsey and Celanese, he holds an MBA from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah.

Anshul Mangal

President, Pharma Speciality Services

Anshul, a biotech entrepreneur and founder of Project Farma, joined PerkinElmer in March 2025 following the acquisition. He led Project Farma into a global consultancy in biologics and advanced therapy engineering. He holds degrees in computer and electrical engineering from Purdue University and a law degree from John Marshall Law.

Annemarie Watson

President, Omics

Annemarie is CEO of Covaris since August 2022, acquired by PerkinElmer in December 2023. With +25 years international experience, she previously held leadership positions in various technology-intensive industries, including Eurofins and Crane Currency. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Adam Jones

Chief Financial Officer

Adam joined PerkinElmer on June 1, 2026 as CFO. He previously served as CFO at SupplyOne, leading finance, procurement, IT, and margin management and driving growth initiatives, including M&A, capital structure optimization, and financing to support growth. He also held senior finance roles at Nouryon and BASF. He earned an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech.

George Green

General Counsel

George joined PerkinElmer as General Counsel in June 2023. With 15+ years leading legal functions, he previously served as Group VP and GC at DCP Midstream. He holds a law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law

Alexandre P. Mery

CHRO

AP joined PerkinElmer as CHRO in October 2024. Previously he played a key role in GE’s recent reorganization and served as CHRO of GE's Grid Solutions, with earlier roles held at Valeo and Alstom. He holds a Master's in HR from CIFFOP.

Alexey Sosnovskiy

Chief of Staff & PMO, and Customer Enablement

Alexey is Chief of Staff, heads the PMO, and leads the Customer Enablement business. He joined PerkinElmer in March 2023 after having advised New Mountain Capital on the carve-out, and has previously held senior roles at McKinsey, HIG Capital, and BCG. He holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Markus Leutert

EVP, Corporate Communications, Sustainability, Brand

Markus joined PerkinElmer as VP of Corporate Communications & ESG in Dec 2023, bringing 20+ years of experience from a variety of industries, including WBA and Thales, and advising Fortune 500’s. He holds a Master’s from ESCP Business School.
