A single reflection ATR accessory designed for the analysis of highly absorbing solid, semi-liquid and liquid samples. Easily changeable crystal plate design enables analysis of a broad spectrum of sample types while ensuring constant sampling pathlength.
The 10Spec™ Specular Reflectance Accessory is recommended for measuring the reflectivity of glass per the ASTM Standard E1585-93. It is compatible with the Spectrum One/100/400/65 and Spectrum 3/Frontier spectrometers.
The 80Spec Grazing Angle Specular Reflectance Accessory has a fixed 80° degree angle of incidence, a gold-coated alignment mirror, dual polarizer mount, and a base plate that fits all FTIR spectrometers. Three Sample Mask ( 2, 5/8, and 3/8 inch) are also available, but not included with this accessory.
The VeeMAX™ II is a high throughput, variable angle specular reflectance accessory with an an incident angle range of 30° to 80°. This accessory ships with three masks, an alignment mirror, a purge tube kit, four purge rings, and a user guide.
The Replacement OilExpress Flowcell has a 0.1 mm path length and two ports. This kit comes complete with a mount, two zinc selenide windows (one grooved), and a wedged spacer.
The KBr Window Assembly includes a parylene-coated potassum bromide window and assorted assembly components. This window is easily assembled by the customer and replaces the compartment window on the Spectrum One/100 and Frontier Optica.
The Mid-IR Source Lamp is a replacement source lamp for the Spectrum One/100/400/65 and Spectrum 3/Frontier spectrometers. This lamp includes a Source Element Accessory and a Fixed Source Mirror Replicator. With this part number, you can order a replacement or spare lamp.
This Powder Press is for use with the PerkinElmer Premium HATR Accessory to allow for the compacting of soft powder samples to prepare for analysis by HATR. With this part number, the press can be ordered as a replacement or spare part.
The MIRacle™ HATR Ge Top Plate is a single reflection, horizontal ATR plate. It is an optional configuration for the MIRacle Single Reflection ATR Accessory. This top plate has a germanium (Ge) crystal which is ideal for the analysis of carbon-filled or rubber sample materials as well as other general purpose ATR applications.
