The AlphaLISA® immunoassay kit for human MMP-12 enables the detection and quantitation of human matrix metalloproteinase-12 in serum or cell culture medium using a homogeneous AlphaLISA assay (no wash steps). The kit was designed to detect both MMP12 and pro-MMP12.
