With multispectral imaging on the Vectra Polaris, you can capture the multiple interactions occurring between cells without the issue of autofluorescence and crosstalk - so you can have confidence in accurately quantifying the interactions that are really occurring in the biology. The system's multispectral technology enables the removal of autofluorescence, improving the signal to noise ratio. This allows for a more sensitive and accurate analysis of samples, and enables true cell to cell interaction to be revealed, together with Opal multicolor IHC reagents designed for best signal isolation.
Coupled with the proven power of inForm® image analysis software, this multiplexing capability enables identification and quantification of multiple biomarkers and reveals spatial context within a digital workflow to assist researchers with better, faster decisions.
