TSA reduces exposure timein an imaging assay for PKCa. Protein kinase C alpha (PKCa) is associated with a wide variety of cellular processes including proliferation, adhesion and motility.
TSA Plus Biotin technology uses HRP to catalyze the covalent deposition of biotin labeled amplification reagent onto tissue sections or cell preparation surfaces that have been previously blocked with proteins. The reaction is quick (less than 10 minutes) and results in the covalent deposition of numerous biotin labels immediately adjacent to the immobilized HRP enzyme. These labels can then be indirectly detected by standard chromogenic or fluorescent techniques, with significant enhancement of the signal.
