The Silver Gate™ Flat Crystal Top Plate assembly is a single reflection plate with a germanium ATR crystal that is flush with the plate. It is designed for diffuse reflectance analysis of powdered and solid samples.
This top plate is used with Silver Gate ATR accessories which are compatible with the Spectrum One, 100/400/65, Spectrum Two, and Spectrum 3/Frontier spectrometers.
