Overview

Iodine-125 is typically used for labeling peptides and proteins.

  • NEZ033 is a carrier-free, high pH (pH 12-14) formulation of Iodine-125 that minimizes volatility during storage. The pH can be adjusted as needed with HCl or acetic acid. NEZ033 is always packaged in a 0.1 mL volume, regardless of the amount of radioactivity ordered; therefore, the radioactive concentration varies with amount ordered.
  • NEZ033A is a carrier-free, lower pH (pH 8-11) formulation of iodine-125 that requires less adjustment for most labeling techniques.
  • NEZ033H is a carrier-free, high pH (pH 12-14) formulation of Iodine-125 recommended for Iodogen labeling. The pH can be adjusted with HCl or acetic acid as needed. NEZ033H is provided at higher radioactive concentration.
  • NEZ033L is a carrier-free, lower pH (pH 8-11) formulation provided at higher radioactive concentration.
