The Eonis DNA Extraction kit provides an effective solution for extracting and purifying DNA from a 3.2 mm DBS disk for molecular assays. The extraction protocol consists of two wash steps that remove unwanted water-soluble substances from the sample, followed by a hightemperature incubation in an alkaline elution solution with constant shaking to elute DNA from DBS.
