Overview

Britelite plus is a homogeneous, ultra-high sensitivity luciferase reporter gene assay system for the quantitation of firefly luciferase expression in mammalian cells. britelite plus was designed to provide maximum signal intensity for assays requiring the utmost sensitivity, and is suitable for use in a 96-, 384-, or 1536-well microplate format. With a signal half-life of 30 minutes, britelite plus is ideal for:

  • Smaller scale sample analysis where maximum sensitivity is needed
  • High throughput assays employing continuous processing methodology
