Hapten-labeled nucleotide analogs for enzymatic incorporation, for indirect detection.
true false
Biotin labeled deoxyguanidine triphosphate (dGTP) is useful for labeling with a variety of methods including nick translation, random priming, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and 3'-end labeling. Biotin-labeled products may be detected with streptavidin conjugates. For the highest sensitivity in detection, we recommend using a streptavidin-HRP conjugate with tyramide signal amplification (TSA).
The number ""11"" in the compound name refers to the length of the linker arm between dGTP and the label.
