This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire UltraHuman p-Tau (Ser396) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, SHSY-5Y cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 100 nM Okadaic Acid for 2.5 hours and lysed in 20 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
