This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-Ret (pan Tyr) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate SH-SY5Y cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 12.5 μM retinoic acid for 16 hours and lysed in 5 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
