This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Mouse p-PERK (Thr980) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from L929 cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were treated with 500 nM Thapsigargin for 20 minutes at 37°C and lysed in 4 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
