This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total KAP1 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HEK293 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 50 µg/mL Bleomycin for 4 hours, and lysed in 8 mL 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
