This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total FGF Receptor 4 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate HepG2 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 0.5 mM Pervanadate for 10 minutes, and lysed in 10 mL 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
