This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-c-Jun (Ser63) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, NIH3T3 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 500 ng/mL anisomycin for 30 min and lysed in 7 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
