With the increase of data diversity and complexity, substantial work has been done standardizing data. The Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) developed the Study Data Tabulation Model (SDTM) for clinical studies to outline an accepted standard for the structure and content of these datasets. Now with Standard for Exchange of Nonclinical Data (SEND) the same structure is extended to nonclinical data. The FDA has selected the SDTM as their accepted standard for data presentation; and as is expected, all nonclinical data will need to conform to SEND format.
In this webinar, you will learn
- How to collect, aggregate and analyze SEND studies
- Learn how to upload a multitude of SEND files in the PerkinElmer Signals system
- Discover and analyze high-dimensional datasets and align them with outcomes, to better understand which subjects benefit most from targeted therapies
- Allow end users to also explore their queries in an interactive interface, creating views of the data to answer specific questions while
