TrueQuant Analysis Software

TrueQuant is designed for use with PerkinElmer’s FMT imaging systems and offers streamlined software tools for data management, automatic reconstruction, and high throughput analysis of your 3D fluorescence tomography data. The software processes 10,000 to 100,000 image data points from each scan and takes into account tissue heterogeneity in reconstruction of the 3D image improving the statistical reliability of your data.
