Fluorescent Nanoparticles

The use of fluorescent nanoparticles has demonstrated much potential in research due to their superior brightness and longer photostability when compared to traditional fluorescent dyes and labels. Our NIR fluorescent nanoparticles enable researchers to customize the development of super-bright fluorescent imaging agents for in vivo and in vitro imaging.

  • Increased fluorescence signal and higher quantum yield
  • Lower background and higher signal-to-noise ratios
  • Multiple wavelengths for multiplex imaging of various targets using different fluorophores
  • Customizable targeting via conjugation with:
  • Amine-reactive molecules, comprising NHS esters, anhydrides or EDC activated carboxylates
  • Comes with fluorochromes attached

Developed and optimized on PerkinElmer’s IVIS® imaging systems
