Europium-labeled anti-HA antibody for binding HA-tagged proteins in DELFIA® time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) assays. The anti-HA antibody is a purified IgG2b subclass of mouse monoclonal antibody. It recognizes the epitope sequence (YPYDVPDYA) derived from the human influenza hemagglutinin (HA) protein.
Europium labeling chelate for creating your own Europium-labeled biomolecules for use in DELFIA time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) assays. The amino-activated chelate reacts with free carboxyl groups. The DTPA chelate is more-stable than the N1 chelate.
