1. WHAT IS NEW IN LIVING IMAGE 4.7.3?
------------------------------------
Living Image 4.7.3 serves as an update for Living Image 4.7 on all IVIS instruments, and for all analysis workstations. Major features include Windows 10 support for data acquisition on all instruments, improvements to ROIs when working with photographs, and greater flexibility for X-ray imaging on Lumina X5. The Living Image 4.7.3 release also provides improvements to existing software features and numerous bug fixes. For a full overview of Living Image 4.7 features and improvements, including improvements in the 4.7.x updates, please refer to the Release Notes.


2. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
------------------------------------
For optimum performance, the Living Image 4.7 software requires hardware and software that meet or exceed the following requirements.

2.1. 2D Optical Data Analysis:

Windows 10 64-bit / Windows 8.1 64-bit / Windows 7 64-bit / Windows 7 32-bit / OS X Yosemite (10.10) to macOS Sierra (10.12)
2GHz Core 2 Duo or higher processor recommended 
4GB RAM or more recommended (operating system requirements may vary)


2.2. 3D IVIS Spectrum CT Data Analysis with 3D Multi Modality Module:

Windows 10 64-bit / Windows 8.1 64-bit / Windows 7 64-bit / OS X Yosemite (10.10) to macOS Sierra (10.12)
2GHz Quad Core (i5, i7) or higher processor recommended
8GB RAM or more recommended


3. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Living Image 4.7 offers different installation packages depending on the computer operating system where Living Image is being installed. Choose from Windows 64-bit, Windows 32-bit and OS X/macOS options.

3.1. Windows 64-bit version

- Recommended for data acquisition on all IVIS instruments excluding IVIS Spectrum CT
- Recommended for analysis on Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 64-bit operating systems


3.2. Windows 32-bit version

- Required for data acquisition on all IVIS instruments with existing Windows 7 32-bit computers

3.3 OS X/macOS version

- Recommended for analysis on OS X/macOS operating systems. Requires OS X Yosemite or El Capitan, or macOS Sierra
