Reliably detect and quantify proteins and nucleic acids that often cannot be measured with standard methods. Our Tyramide Signal Amplification reagent kits improve your current Immunohistochemistry, (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) or in situ hybridization (ISH) protocol using your existing imaging hardware, any microscope, any sample.

We also offer reagent kits or simultaneous detection of up to six protein biomarkers plus nuclear counterstain, within a single image. The workflow is similar to standard immunohistochemistry. It allows use of the best primary antibodies together for multiplexed results without fear of cross-reactivity based on the host species. Assay targets include CD20, CD4, CD45RO, CD68, FOXP3, panCK, and other custom targets.
