ULight-anti-V5 (LANCE TR-FRET)

Anti-V5 tag antibody labeled with ULight™ dye. This ULight-labeled reagent can be used to capture V5-tagged proteins and peptides, and can be used in conjunction with LANCE® Europium-labeled reagents to create TR-FRET no-wash assays for protein-protein interaction, protein detection, and enzymatic studies.

LANCE Eu-anti-C-tag antibody

Europium-labeled anti-C-tag antibodies for LANCE® TR-FRET assays. This mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody recognizes N-terminal and C-terminal Protein C tagged fusion proteins. The anti-C-tag antibody can be used to capture C-tag proteins, and can be used in conjunction with LANCE ULight or SureLight™ APC-labeled reagents to create LANCE TR-FRET assays.

IgG1 (bovine) AlphaLISA Detection Kit

The AlphaLISA® Bovine IgG1 Detection Kit is designed for detection, quantitation, and isotyping of bovine IgG1 in serum, buffered solution or cell culture medium in a homogeneous (no-wash steps, no separation steps) assay.

IL-17F (human) AlphaLISA Detection Kit

The AlphaLISA® immunoassay kit for IL17F is designed for the quantitative determination of human IL17F in human serum, plasma, cell lysate, and cell culture supernatants using a homogeneous AlphaLISA assay (no wash steps). The assay shows no cross-reactivity with human IL-17A and with mouse IL17F, bovine IL17F, and rat IL17F. Cross-reactivity with other species has not tested.

This kit can be used in combination with any AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra assay to detect phospho-VEGF Receptor 2 (Tyr1175) in a multiplexed assay.

One antibody targets the pro-domain of PCSK9.
AlphaLISA immunoassay kits

PTEN (human) AlphaLISA Detection Kit

The AlphaLISA® immunoassay kit for human PTEN enables the detection and quantitation of human PTEN in tissue homogenates and cell lysates using a homogeneous AlphaLISA assay (no wash steps). Other species of PTEN were not tested, but detection is expected with mouse and rat PTEN due to >99% sequence homology.

Anti-rat IgG (Fc specific) AlphaLISA® Acceptor Beads

AlphaLISA® Acceptor beads conjugated to anti-rat IgG antibody. These beads can be used to capture rat IgG antibodies. The antibody is Fc-specific, and is a goat polyclonal F(ab')2 fragment.

AlphaLISA Biotin-anti-Histone H4 Antibody

AlphaLISA® biotinylated monoclonal antibody recognizing the amino-terminal end of human histone H4. Broad species cross-reactivity is expected based on sequence similarity. This product is designed to be used with AlphaLISA® Epigenetics Acceptor beads to detect modified full-length histone H4 in homogeneous AlphaLISA assays.
