Details

Harmony provides a complete solution with all the tools you need to set up assays and automate your high content imaging experiments, acquire images and analyze data and then store, retrieve and present the results.

Designed for biologists, Harmony’s workflow-based interface makes the whole process of high content analysis straightforward, even for new users with little microscopy or programming knowledge.

With regular upgrades this efficient, flexible solution for gathering unbiased data from your cell samples, keeps ahead of your increasing research needs.

The powerful way to unbiased, statistically relevant data

  • Fully automated solution that takes the human bias out of cellular image analysis
  • Work-flow based interface makes it quick and easy for biologists to turn their biology into quantitative data
  • Intuitive plate wizard for even simpler set-up of new plate types – automatically detects the important parameters plate bottom height and plate bottom thickness.
  • Range of ready-made solutions so that you can get productive with high content image analysis right away using the pre-configured templates for common applications
  • User-configurable image analysis building blocks for creating high content image analysis applications tailored to fit your research
  • Analysis capabilities for a wide range of applications, from basic research to assay development and screening
  • Texture analysis for applications where intensity and morphology are not suitable or do not deliver robust readout and reproducible results
  • STAR analysis provides a more detailed analysis of cellular morphology to accurately differentiate cellular phenotypes with parameters that describe cellular symmetry and compactness as well as the intracellular distribution of fluorescence
  • Cell tracking tools for analyzing temporal changes of biological systems and cell dynamics in 2D
  • New: Advanced building blocks for easier analysis of complex applications such as FRET
  • New: XYZ View shows an xy-, xz- and yz-section through an image stack of a thick sample e.g. microtissues
  • New: Improved memory management for quicker processing – up to 3 times faster*

Access, store, share. Manage your results efficiently

  • Experiment metadata, such as dyes / filters, objectives, plate type, fields, z-stack or exposure, are stored in the database for future reference
  • Sortable database for quick and easy access to images, metadata and results
  • View and analyze data from any computer that has an installation of the Harmony software, freeing up the Operetta system for others to use

Creating algorithms has never been this easy

PhenoLOGIC™ enables biologists to train software to develop the image analysis algorithms. While other systems may require an image analysis expert to create an algorithm, PhenoLOGIC uses proprietary machine-learning technology to make it easy for you to do it on your own. Using a learn-by-example approach, images can be segmented with just a few clicks of the mouse and then tailored algorithms developed quickly and easily.

Assay Groups

Whichever assay you are working on, the Harmony software offers a solution:
