Harmony provides a complete solution with all the tools you need to set up assays and automate your high content imaging experiments, acquire images and analyze data and then store, retrieve and present the results.
Designed for biologists, Harmony’s workflow-based interface makes the whole process of high content analysis straightforward, even for new users with little microscopy or programming knowledge.
With regular upgrades this efficient, flexible solution for gathering unbiased data from your cell samples, keeps ahead of your increasing research needs.
The powerful way to unbiased, statistically relevant data
Access, store, share. Manage your results efficiently
Creating algorithms has never been this easy
PhenoLOGIC™ enables biologists to train software to develop the image analysis algorithms. While other systems may require an image analysis expert to create an algorithm, PhenoLOGIC uses proprietary machine-learning technology to make it easy for you to do it on your own. Using a learn-by-example approach, images can be segmented with just a few clicks of the mouse and then tailored algorithms developed quickly and easily.
More Accurately Locate Your Object of Interest for Greater Efficiency
Harness the power of intelligent image acquisition with PreciScan for more efficient high-content imaging and analysis. This optional plug-in for the Harmony software enables you to more accurately target your object of interest for significantly reduced acquisition and analysis times, particularly valuable for 3D microtissue and rare event studies.
Whichever assay you are working on, the Harmony software offers a solution:
