Performing a Colocalization Analysis in Volocity

In this tutorial, one of our Application Specialists demonstrates how to use the Colocalization View in Volocity to perform a colocalization analysis. You will learn how to set thresholds for channels and generate Thresholded and Global Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient (PCC) statistics which can be stored in table format within Volocity and exported.
