NEW! Building Block Ready-made Solutions
The Acapella High Content Imaging and Analysis Software now features assay centric building blocks which significantly increase ease of use and are provided through an intuitive software interface.
The building block ready-made solutions allow users to create their own protocols simply by adding together blocks, such as “find nuclei” and “select population”.
A starter set of pre-tested building block sequences is provided with the Acapella High Content Imaging and Analysis Software. Users can tailor these sequences to their applications. The set also includes a short description of the corresponding assay and demo images.

Acapella Script Collection
The Acapella Script Collection is a library of pre-tested scripts for the Acapella High Content Imaging and Analysis Software that can be readily modified to meet the needs of your experiment. The scripts provide users with a solid foundation for customizing algorithms and scripting their own assays.
Users can either adjust the pre-configured algorithms to the applications and cell types they are using or combine them using a best-fit approach.
