Automated PCR Setup using the JANUS Workstation

The JANUS® Automated Workstation can be configured to reliably setup sample plates for PCR amplification, where post-PCR products are used for a variety of downstream applications such as SNP detection, genotyping, DNA sequence analysis, RNAi screening, and microarray construction. The same workstation can also prepare PCR sample plates for Real-Time PCR analysis including quantitative PCR (QPCR), disease gene identification and multiplexed molecular diagnostic assays.
