DNA Sequencing Applications

All of our sequencing is currently performed on Illumina HiSeq instruments.  We continually evaluate new systems and adopt those which meet our customers’ needs for quality, utility and cost.  Our current applications include:

Bioinformatics

We feature three levels of bioinformatics support for our clients, ranging from raw reads to full-featured analysis hosting Geospiza’s GeneSifter Analysis Edition within a private cloud environment.
