The PhenoLOGIC machine learning plug-in enables our High Content Analysis software to recognize different cell populations and regions in the same way that you do. Just click on a few cells of each type to teach the software what it is looking for, and PhenoLOGIC will do the rest. Based on advanced proprietary machine-learning technology, PhenoLOGIC will then set parameters for optimal image segmentation and cell classification. If you can identify the cell types, you can train PhenoLOGIC to do the same – without the need for an image analysis expert.
