PCR Setup for JANUS Automated Workstations

The JANUS® Automated Workstation provides a flexible platform to support a wide array of PCR setup applications, including real-time quantitative PCR (RT-QPCR) reactions and multiplexed small tandem repeat (STR) typing assays. JANUS can easily automate other common PCR protocols used in molecular diagnostic laboratories such as cycle sequencing, SNP and DNA sequencing analysis, as well as create customized PCR master mixes using DNA primers, buffers, enzyme and nucleotides.
The JANUS automated liquid handling workstation can enable:
