We provide radionuclides that can be used in all modalities of radioactive imaging including PET, SPECT, and Cerenkov Light Imaging (CLI). Molecular imaging with tracers such as Yttrium-90 (90Y), Chromium-51 (51Cr), Phosphorus-32 (32P), Iodine-124 (124I), Iodine-131 (131I) and Zirconium-89 (89Zr) offers excellent sensitivity and accurate quantification of protein targets and low doses. It is possible to investigate the specificity of the antibody for its antigen, binding kinetics, exact localization, internalization, stability of the antibody ligand complex, and biodistribution of the antibody.

Visualize and quantify uptake of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) using Zirconium-89 (89Zr). With a long-lived half-life of (3.3 days), 89Zr is well suited as a PET Imaging biomarker to access target expression as well as tumor targeting of mAbs.
Positron emission tomography can be used to visualize antibodies and other biologics non-invasively, in vivo. I-124 is offered for molecular imaging using immuno-positron emission tomography (immuno-PET) or Cerenkov luminescence imaging (CLI) techniques. Immuno-PET with I-124 radionuclide enables noninvasive imaging of whole, intact antibodies.
