Maestro Series Imaging Systems
The Maestro™ imaging systems represent the gold standard in in vivo 2D planar fluorescence imaging of small animals, providing users with a patented method of removing autofluorescence emitted from skin and other tissues to reveal otherwise hard-to-detect labeled targets of interest. The dramatic improvement in signal-to-noise can increase fluorescence sensitivity up to several hundred-fold.
The Maestro Systems are based on our patented liquid crystal tunable filter (LCTF) technology, which allows for incredible resolution, speed, and sensitivity when capturing multispectral fluorescence images across the visible to NIR. In addition, the Maestro Systems can separate and quantitate up to five overlapping fluorophores and are the fastest 2D fluorescence imaging systems on the market, requiring only 5 to 10 seconds to acquire a full multispectral image.
