PerkinElmer is now broadening its portfolio to include Ion Channel expressing cell lines and membrane preparations. Our cell lines have been validated in luminescence using the AequoScreen (Aequorin) and PhotoScrren (Photina) technology and electrophysiology read-out. Ion channels are reliable and invaluable tools for safety assessment and are available in various cellular backgrounds: HEK293, CHO-K1, IMR32. Our validated membrane preparations express endogenous or recombinant proteins and are available in ready-to-use format to facilitate your research efforts.
