Method 608 is an analytical method which utilizes a methylene chloride extraction of municipal or industrial wastewater, concentrated to 10-mL (in hexane). A Clarus 600 GC with a packed column is used to perform the separation of organochlorine pesticides and PCBs. To detect the eluant an ECD is used.  Analyte Mix for Method 608, 16 certified analytes. 1.2 mL in methanol.
