cell::explorer™ is the robotic automation platform for high content and cellular screening applications. Designed to deliver performance without compromising quality, this turnkey platform leverages PerkinElmer's leading liquid handling and detection instruments dramatically reduce well-to-well variance during assay preparation and plate incubation, while improving your overall data quality. While the cell::explorer is an 'off the shelf' solution, the platform is flexible to adapt and expand as your needs change.
The basic modle supports a wide range of screening applications, including general compound and siRNA screening. For more specialized screening such as compound profiling, ADME/Tox, or assays with higher organisms it can easily be upgraded to accommodate enhanced functionality and other requirements. To support ultra-high throughput screening (uHTS) applications, we offer the plate::explorer™ which enables multiple cell::explorer modules to be linked as a multi-processor solution. With its flexible design and compact footprint, the cell::explorer represents a higher form of turnkey automation.
