LabChip® Fractionation Reagents & Chips
One of the most time consuming tasks is gel-based size-selection of separated samples. LabChip XT high throughput chip and reagent kits analyze and fractionate up to four samples at a time. The target sample base pair range is delivered in a sequencing compatible buffer. The processed sample, less the extracted size range, may also be collected and subsequently processed.
