The LabChip EZ Reader mobility-shift assay technology is the gold standard for enzyme kinase screening and compound profiling, used extensively for in-house enzyme profiling and by profiling service providers. PerkinElmer offers a complete line of biochemical enzyme kinase assay kits and substrates to enable the discovery and development of small molecule enzyme kinase inhibitors, including a complete systems for rapidly enabling in-house selectivity profiling, the ProfilerPro® Kinase Selectivity Assay System.

PerkinElmer’s LabChip instruments are supported by a complete portfolio of chips and reagents that are designed to provide the user everything needed to analyze nucleic acids, proteins, or small molecules.

Chips and reagent kits can be purchased separately to provide inventory efficiency, as many chips support multiple assays. Additionally, reagent kits can be ordered independently to match specific lab workflows. ProfilerPro® kits package enzymes or other process components in ready-to-use plate formats to streamline profiling applications for kinases or glycans.
