Detection of Cytochrome C in HeLa cellsHeLa cells were grown overnight in CellCarrier-384 plates and fixed. All Cytochrome C images (green) were taken at 35 msec exposure time. HCA ImagAmp: Anti-Cytochrome C Ab (0.5 μg/mL). secAb goat anti-mouse HRP (1 μg/mL) + HCA ImagAmp 488. AF488: Anti-Cytochrome C Ab (0.5 μg/mL). secAb goat anti-mouse Alexa Fluor®488 (5 μg/mL).
