All our biochemical GPCR assays are developed at PerkinElmer's Contract Research Services by an experienced assay development team and predominantly use receptor preparations produced in-house.

GPCRBinding™ AD
PerkinElmer's Contract Research Services' Assay Development group can assist you with the development of any GPCR binding assay, from target expression to assay validation. Our development programs are comprehensive, and can include the cloning of a GPCR target in a host cell and all the steps through the delivery of a fully optimized binding assay protocol. We also provide custom services for the optimization of existing assays (e.g. identification of a more relevant ligand or incorporation of your treated tissue).
