Richard F. Walsh

Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

Richard F. Walsh is senior vice president and chief administrative officer of PerkinElmer. He joined PerkinElmer in 1998 as senior vice president of Human Resources and was named chief administrative officer in January 2006.

Prior to joining PerkinElmer, Mr. Walsh was with ABB, a $30 billion global technology company, where he was senior vice president of Human Resources for the Americas, a $7 billion operating unit with 30,000 employees. He also served as vice president of Human Resources for three operating units of ABB in the Transportation and Power Generation segments.

Previously, Mr. Walsh served in various Human Resources leadership positions at Unilever, including a four-year international assignment leading Human Resources for European Operations in the Specialty Chemicals segment.

Mr. Walsh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a Master of Business Administration from LaSalle University. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in counseling from Villanova University.
